FOUNDER:

CS Anil K Nandwani is founder of the firm. He is a law graduate from Delhi University and also a fellow member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He has over 20 years post qualification experience in the profession and has been extensively involved in the Corporate Management, Financing, Investment, Joint Ventures, Collaborations, Mergers & Amalgamations, Taxation, FEMA and RBI Compliances.

PARTNERS

CS Kavita is a law graduate and also fellow member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. She is Senior Partner of the Firm. She has over 6 years experience. She is taking care of the matters pertaining to Company Law and Secretarial Compliances, Legal Compliances, Due Diligence, Drafting and Vetting of Agreements. She is an important organ of the firm and acts as support to all the services of the firm.

CS Meenu Sharma is an associate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. She has been extensively involved in the Corporate, Secretarial, FEMA and RBI Compliances.
